Shipping and Delivery
We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers, such as United Parcel Service (UPS). Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your account on our Site. Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier’s tracking information confirms the order was delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after the order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
You are also responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location and retrieving your package promptly upon delivery. If you claim an order was not delivered, we will provide tracking information from UPS or other carriers to verify delivery status. Delivery confirmation by the carrier to the provided address constitutes proof of delivery, and we are not liable for claims of non-delivery in such cases.
If you believe a package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing relevant tracking information, but we are not responsible for reimbursing lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
In order to continue to offer free shipping, we must keep our shipping costs as low as possible, therefore if an item is shipped and the package is "undeliverable" for reasons such as, but not limited to: refused delivery, shipping address incorrect, etc. - a $50 fee will be deducted from the refund amount once we receive the item.
*Due to shipping surcharges by our carriers, orders to Alaska or Hawaii will have a pass-thru shipping surcharge on all orders. Post order, we will determine the shipping surcharge and email the surcharge invoice to you. Upon completed payment of surcharge, your order will be shipped.
