We only collect state tax for shipments to Pennsylvania shipping addresses, our home state (lest the sherriff come a knockin').


We guarantee 100% satisfaction! If you are not happy with your order and change your mind about wanting the item, then you may return the new/unused gear in its original packaging to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, LESS the following handling charge:

  • Single frame Orders -$20
  • Multiple frame Orders - $25
  • Single flag/bunting orders - $7
  • Orders with 2 flags/buntings - $10
  • Orders with more than 2 flags/buntings orders - $15
  • Single Poster frame order-$50
  • Double Poster frame order-$60
  • Triple Poster frame order-$80

 We will not be responsible for returns after the 30 day period. When purchasing multiples of an item, we may offer a discount on price.  Should you return any of those items that qualified you for the discount, then you will no longer get the discounted price and will be charged full price for the items that you keep. The balance will be taken out of the return refund.

Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We will not be liable for defective items NOT reported to us within the 7 days of receipt. If items are determined to be defective, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged/defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Most flag orders are shipped via USPS within 1 business day.  Most frame orders are shipped via FedEX Ground within 2-3 business days.  We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time, nor do we ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  Customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information and whose merchandise is returned as "undeliverable" must pay a re-shipping charge if the item is returned to us and you ask that it be re-sent to you.

We currently offer free shipping on all items. Free shipping applies to orders sent to a single address. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please request through the comments section of the checkout page, and we'll let you know how much additional shipping would cost.

For an additional shipping charge, we can expedite your delivery. Please include the target delivery date in the comment section while you are checking out.

We do not mark up additional shipping charges, we will send you an email with the additional shipping total, and you will then have the ability to select that option, or go with standard shipping. 

We cannot ship any orders to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

NOTE FOR EXCHANGES - If you would like to exchange a new/unused item, then we will simply accept your returned items and process per our policy above.  You can then place a new order for the items that you want. 

When returning a product to us, please use a self-funded method of shipping that will ensure delivery confirmation as we can't be responsible for lost packages.
