Taxes

We charge state taxes on items shipped to North Carolina only (lest the Sheriff come a knockin'). You may be responsible for state use taxes in other states, consult a tax expert for advice.

Returns

You may return new/unused items, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We will not be responsible for returns after the 14 day period.

Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. We will not be liable for defective items NOT reported to us after 5 days. You must supply photographic evidence of the damaged/defective item along with photos of any damage to the packaging. If items are determined to be defective, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged/defective.

When returning a product, please use a self-funded method of shipping with a delivery confirmation receipt. We will not be responsible for lost packages.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. We currently offer Free Ground Shipping* (usually UPS) on all orders. Free shipping applies to orders sent to a single address. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please request through the comments section of the checkout page, and we'll let you know how much additional shipping would cost. We typically ship 1-3 business days post order.

In order to continue to offer free shipping, we must keep our shipping costs as low as possible, therefore if an item is shipped and the package is "undeliverable" for reasons such as, but not limited to: refused delivery, shipping address incorrect, etc. - a $50 fee will be deducted from the refund amount once we receive the item.

*Due to shipping surcharges by our carriers, orders to Alaska or Hawaii will have a pass-thru shipping surcharge on all orders. Post order, we will determine the shipping surcharge and email the surcharge invoice to you. Upon completed payment of surcharge, your order will be shipped.
