We charge state taxes on items shipped to Pennsylvania only (lest the Sheriff come a knockin'). You may be responsible for state use taxes in other states, consult a tax expert for advice.


You may return new/unused items, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a refund. We will not be responsible for returns after the 30 day period.

Damaged/Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We will not be liable for defective items NOT reported to us within the 7 days of receipt. You must supply photographic evidence of the damaged/defective item along with photos of any damage to the packaging. If items are determined to be defective, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or are damaged/defective.

When returning a product, please use a self-funded method of shipping with a delivery confirmation receipt. We will not be responsible for lost packages.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Most flag orders are shipped via USPS within 1 business day.  Most frame orders are shipped via FedEX Ground within 2-3 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information and whose merchandise is returned as "undeliverable" must pay a re-shipping charge if the item is returned to us and you ask that it be re-sent to you.

We currently offer free shipping on all items*. Free shipping applies to orders sent to a single address. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please request through the comments section of the checkout page, and we'll let you know how much additional shipping would cost. 

*Due to high cost of shipping to Alaska & Hawaii, orders will be charged a pass-thru surcharge of up to $50/order. We will send you an invoice for the surcharge & once paid, we will ship your order. Also, for an additional shipping charge, we can expedite your delivery. Please include the target delivery date in the comment section while you are checking out.

We do not mark up additional shipping charges, we will send you an email with the additional shipping total, and you will then have the ability to select that option, or go with standard shipping.
