Product Details:

This is a reproduction of James Walker's "Battle of Gettysburg" illustration paired with three maps detailing the troop movements of both armies as the three day battle progressed. Map 1 shows troop positions on July 1st pm. Map 2 shows troop positions on July 2nd pm. Map 3 shows troop positions on July 3rd am, the day of the disastrous "Picketts Charge".

The Battle of Gettysburg marked the turning point of the Civil War. With more than 50,000 estimated casualties, the three-day engagement was the bloodiest single battle of the conflict.
