Product Details:

Tea Act of 1773 Read Out at Faneuil Hall by Hugh McVickar depicts a crowded meeting at Faneuil Hall where a proclamation about the tax on tea is being read aloud to concerned and animated colonists. Often called the "Cradle of Liberty," Faneuil Hall was a key site of political discourse in pre-Revolutionary Boston. Built in 1742, it served as a marketplace and meeting hall. By the 1760s–70s, it was the center of resistance against British policies.
